Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (free on orders over £50).

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (additional fee applies).

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international shipping, contact serdinelocci@proton.me for a quote.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Delivery Issues

  • Report delays, damage, or lost packages within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Undeliverable Orders

  • If returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will arrange reshipment. Additional fees may apply.
